Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a billing or accounting role.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Smartsheet, Dynamics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and follow up with customers, billers, and account managers to ensure prompt payment.
• Review aging invoices to resolve past-due items.
• Research unapplied customer payments and posting of payments.
• Monitor and manage AR email inbox and related workflows.
• Follow SOPs and update them as needed.
• Collaborate with teams across billing, accounting, and dispatch.
• Train new hires on AR and collections topics during orientation.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional relationships with customers.
