Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of B2B AR collections experience; 1+ years in construction preferred.
• Knowledge of lien laws, retainage rules, and construction billing methods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer invoices into the accounting system on a regular basis.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payment collection.
• Establish payment arrangements and ensure adherence to agreements.
• Maintain compliance with AR policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Provide administrative support and assist colleagues as needed.
