CB Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist for a contract role in Boulder, CO. The position offers a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) and a fast-paced year-end focus to clear AR backlog.

You will process AR transactions, support cash application, and collaborate with the accounting team. Strong Excel skills and ERP experience are essential; attention to detail and good communication are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong AR experience.
• Transactional accounting and/or bookkeeping background.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables.
• Experience working within ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently after onboarding.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Process, reconcile, and clear Accounts Receivable transactions.
• Support cash application activities and related accounting functions.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies within AR accounts.
• Assist with AR cleanup efforts and backlog reduction.
• Maintain accurate customer account records.
• Utilize Excel to analyze and organize financial data.
• Collaborate with accounting team members on additional projects as needed.
• Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.
