This role offers a great opportunity to join a stable, team-oriented company and take ownership of key A/R processes that are critical to the company’s cash flow and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle accounts receivable process, including customer invoicing, payment application, and account reconciliation
• Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collections
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies or short payments in coordination with internal departments and customers
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the system
• Assist with month-end closing related to accounts receivable and support audit requests as needed
• Support cash application and bank deposit processes
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and A/R efficiency initiatives

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on accounts receivable experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
• Strong understanding of A/R processes, collections, and customer account management
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
