Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) is seeking an Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist to join its accounting team in Beaverton, OR on-site. You will manage B2B AR, oversee collections, and resolve billing discrepancies while collaborating with sales and operations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in AR/B2B collections, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication to maintain positive customer relationships and improve cash flow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in AR, B2B collections or similar.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts receivable and oversee collections activities to reduce outstanding balances.
• Research customer accounts, perform account reconciliations, and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to address payment issues and improve collection outcomes.
• Forecast cash collections and maintain accurate reporting on aging accounts and collection status.
• Monitor payments, apply cash activity, and ensure accurate account reconciliations.
• Maintain and update accounting systems, spreadsheets, and Excel-based reporting tools.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, special projects, and month-end accounting processes as needed.

Pay Range: $52,000 – $58,000 annually
