Emplify Health is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Representative for our Specialty Billing team. This full-time role starts with 40 hours/week, training on-site in Onalaska, WI, then remote eligibility after training.

The department specializes in workers' compensation and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1 year of relevant experience, and familiarity with medical billing.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable in the Specialty Billing team to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a full-time Accounts Receivable Rep in our Specialty Billing team! In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring accurate billing and reimbursement processes while supporting our patients and internal teams. What's Available:

• Full-time - 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
• Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift between 6 AM -6 PM
• Department: Specialty Billing - specializing in workers compensation
• Location: Onalaska, WI for training (1-2 months)
• Remote eligible after training
• Must resides in WI, MN, or IA

What You Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of work experience, preferably in a medical facility, insurance company, or office setting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with medical billing and third-party payor processes is a plus
• Successful completion of core competency testing for Accounts Receivable Representatives after training
