Job summary

Emplify Health, a partnership of Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Rep for the Specialty Billing team in Onalaska, WI. Training is 1–2 months with remote eligibility after, and it requires residents of WI, MN, or IA.

The role is full-time with a 40-hour week and an 8-hour shift between 6 AM and 6 PM. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least one year of related work experience, with strong communication and

Responsibilities

  • Join our Specialty Billing team as a full-time Accounts Receivable Rep.
  • Ensure accurate billing and reimbursement processes for patients and internal teams.
  • Support colleagues and maintain timely collections and data entry.

In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring accurate billing and reimbursement processes while supporting our patients and internal teams.

What's Available
  • Full-time - 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift between 6 AM -6 PM
  • Department: Specialty Billing - specializing in workers compensation
  • Location: Onalaska, WI for training (1-2 months) Remote eligible after training
  • Must resides in WI, MN, or IA
What You Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of work experience, preferably in a medical facility, insurance company, or office setting
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with medical billing and third-party payor processes is a plus
  • Successful completion of core competency testing for Accounts Receivable Representatives after training
