Job summary

Avidex is seeking an Accountant - Accounts Receivable to support project billing, AR, and general accounting duties. You will ensure accurate invoicing, timely collections, and GAAP compliance while collaborating across project teams and Finance leadership.

The role involves month-end close support, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and continued process improvements to optimize cash flow and financial reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2+ years of accounting, AR or project billing experience; construction or project-based billing a plus.
GAAP knowledge and month-end close experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and process monthly project billings, revisions, and invoices.
Develop SOVs for projects with AIA billing documentation.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure billings reflect progress and contract terms.
