You will process contracts, reconcile billing, manage payments and payroll tasks, and assist with audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance in a proactive, detail‑oriented environment.

• Process contracts, amendments, and program registrations.

• Process biweekly payroll.
• Manage W-2s and 1095s.
• Perform bank account reconciliations.

Location: Wauwatosa, WI 53226

Engagement Type: Temp-to-hire

Work Arrangement: 100% onsite

Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance and 40lk available

Compensation:

• Temp: up to $30/hour
• Permanent: $65K–$70K
