Rentokil Pest Control Ltd. is seeking an AR Customer Payments Specialist in New York to process all daily form payments, including checks and electronic transfers.

Responsibilities include refunds, NSF handling, misapplied payments, and credits on accounts, with duties that may involve posting invoices and supporting collections when needed. The role requires meticulous cash processing, strong Excel/Office skills, and a background in finance or banking is a plus.

Formación

• 1 year of data entry or other computer-based work is required; accounts payable/receivable or transaction-based services experience is preferred.
• Cash processing experience is preferred.
• Finance or banking background is a plus.
• Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and Microsoft Office is important.

Responsabilidades

• Process and post daily payments (checks, lockbox, ACH/EFTs, credit cards).
• Handle refunds, NSF payments, misapplied payments, and credits on account.
• Research missing or misapplied payments and reconcile to bank statements.
• Process intercompany payments/transfers/invoices and review chargebacks.
