Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years in accounts receivable and 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in a high-volume, multi-entity environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day AR operations including collections, cash application, account maintenance, and dispute resolution.
• Monitor aging reports and implement effective collection strategies to reduce overdue balances.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve data discrepancies in the ERP system.
• Prepare regular AR and cash collection performance reports for Finance and leadership.
• Coordinate with Finance on cash forecasting and month-end close activities.
• Supervise and develop AR staff to improve accuracy and efficiency.
