Job summary

Triplenet Technologies seeks a Business Officer II Accounts Receivables in Seattle, WA. You will prepare revenue movements to grants and county projects, support year-end close, and manage grant billing and reporting in Oracle EBS.

This role requires strong knowledge of GAAP/GAAS and government accounting, with duties spanning reconciliations, aging receivables, and financial reporting. Location: Downtown Seattle (will work from home).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Active CPA license preferred.
• Experience with governmental accounting and grant billing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accounting entries to move revenues to grants or county projects.
• Support year-end close; assist accrual estimation and posting in Oracle EBS.
• Reconcile ledgers; review grant billing requests; prepare program reports.
• Process grant billing with program staff and funders.
• Monitor aging receivables; assist collection efforts.
• Perform reconciliations between subledgers and journals.
• Assist in SEFA/SSFA reporting and other federal/state/local reporting.
