The role requires a BA/BS in accounting, 5+ years of service-industry experience, proficiency with Sage Intact and ERP tools, and strong Excel and communication skills to support financial reporting and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Accounting is required.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting with a service-oriented company.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; train/mentor staff when needed.

Responsibilities

• Process owner for all accounts receivable activities for the company and subsidiaries.
• Perform staff accountant tasks including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Generate accounts receivable reporting for management and subsidiaries.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
