Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable or administrative support.
• Strong in Excel formulas and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Professional written and verbal communication; handle confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and record daily, weekly, and monthly accounts receivable activity.
• Prepare month-end accounts receivable reports and documentation.
• Research and respond to customer credit card chargeback inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation.
• Generate and manage Excel-based reports and data tracking tools.
• Assist with internal communications and information requests.
• Work independently to meet departmental goals and deadlines.
• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
