The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) is seeking a Senior Manager Accounts Receivable & Process for Commuter Rails to oversee AR, collections, capital accounting, and reimbursables. Based in NYC with hybrid telework options.

You will manage billing, reporting, month-end close, and coordinate with project teams, budgets, and agencies, ensuring GAAP compliance and timely payments. Must have BA/BS in accounting and at least 7 years' related experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage processing, billing, and reporting of all reimbursable costs.
• Oversee collections and inquiries; substantiate documentation for discussions with management.
• Open/close work orders and activity numbers.
• Review/approve capital invoices and adjustments for accuracy.
• Oversee treasury functions and period-end closing.
• Manage month-end close, journal entries, and analyses.
