Job summary

Flow Control Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator to support customer onboarding, credit evaluation, and billing accuracy. You will maintain customer master data, review applications, and collaborate with Sales, Billing, and Service teams to resolve issues.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent, 2+ years AR experience, and strong Excel/Outlook skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Administration, Billing, or related admin support.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication; proficient in MS Office, especially Excel/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Review customer applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Process credit and rebill requests and billing adjustments.
• Maintain customer master data and ERP records.
• Coordinate with Sales and Billing to resolve issues.
• Ensure documentation (COIs, W-9s, ACH info) is collected and maintained.
