Job summary

Culligan Chico is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with a background in accounts receivable and customer relations. The role focuses on invoicing, billing, and collecting outstanding balances while assisting with deposits and maintaining accurate financial records to ensure prompt payments.

The CSR will interact with customers to support product purchases, resolve issues, schedule technicians, and maintain positive communications.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Summary

Culligan Water is currently seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in accounts receivable and customer relations. The primary responsibilities for this position include managing customer invoicing, billing, and the collection of outstanding balances. Additionally, the role involves assisting with bank deposits and ensuring the maintenance of accurate financial records to facilitate prompt payment processing. Prior accounting experience is highly preferred.

The Customer Service Representative works directly with the customers to ensure the satisfaction of every household, every day. Interacting with customers to provide assistance with purchase of products and supplies. You will assist in resolving problems and be the support for any needs. Ensure that each conversation is a positive and successful interaction. Should be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. The CSR will be answering customer inquiries, making account changes or updates and gathering information. Assistance with scheduling technicians and daily overview of the schedule to assist other CSR's in the office.
