Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of credit or finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Completes previous day’s credit ratings.
• Prints follow up list from Wynne system or DBS.
• Plans out call schedule for the day.
• Makes collection calls (10 to 20 each day).
• Helps internal customers with credit exceed calls and external customers with information about their account.
• Sends collection letters and maintains dispute logs.
• Names and addresses file maintenance (name, address, tax status).
• Prepares accounts for the Legal Account Specialist and gathers required information.
• Handles incoming calls to give verbal credit approvals for rentals.
• Reconciles accounts and participates in monthly A/R review.
