Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. is hiring a Customer Account Representative in Colorado to protect Accounts Receivable and maintain strong customer relationships.

You will perform daily credit tasks, contact customers for collections, and support account status inquiries within a collaborative, professional team environment. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year in credit/finance, with strong data entry, math, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of credit or finance experience.
• Proficient in data entry and communication.

Responsibilities

• Process daily credit ratings from the Wynne system or DBS.
• Call customers for collections (10–20 calls per day).
• Maintain accounts and assist with payment status and letters.
• Prepare accounts when assigned to Legal Account Specialist.
• Support internal and external inquiries on account status.
