Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC seeks a seasoned Credit & AR leader to oversee all credit, collections, and AR operations during a major acquisition integration. This role focuses on driving risk assessments, improving metrics, and scaling a high-impact team.

You will mentor the organization, optimize disputes and bankruptcy processes, and align collections results with sales leadership while supporting department expansion and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading credit, collections, or AR teams through growth or transformation.
• Strong financial analysis skills with ownership of DSO and performance metrics.
• Strong ERP system experience.
• Commercial credit and collections expertise within a large organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
