Job summary

Elma Electronic Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance team in Lawrenceville, GA. This role focuses on accurate posting of customer payments, invoicing, and maintaining AR records to support timely cash flow.

You will collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Inventory, and Customer Service to ensure billing accuracy, timely follow-ups on balances, and reliable reporting. A proactive approach to process improvement is valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience
• Proficiency with Excel
• Experience with ERP systems preferred (MS Dynamics 365)

Responsibilities

• Generate customer invoices and verify supporting documentation
• Maintain accounts receivable records and aging reports

• Perform daily cash application and reconciliation

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance team. Maintain accounts receivable records and aging reports

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

2+ years of accounts receivable, billing, accounting, or related experience

Experience using ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
