Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team. You will prepare, record, verify, analyze, and report accounts receivable transactions and post customer payments promptly.

The role includes reconciling AR ledgers and supporting credit/collection activities to ensure accurate financial reporting. You will be part of a dynamic, growth-focused culture with opportunities to develop within the finance team.

Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience.
• Associates degree in accounting preferred.
• 1-3 bookkeeping/accounting and/or financial experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, record, verify, analyze and report accounts receivable transactions.
• Post customer payments on a timely basis.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable ledger accounts and financial statements.
• Assist in credit and collection functions and monitor delinquent accounts.
• Provide reports of accounts in arrears and analyses of bad debt.
