Arrow International Inc. seeks an Accounts Receivable Coordinator in Odenton, MD to handle daily payment posting and billing tasks in a 40-hour workweek. You will report to the Accounting Operations Manager and support accounts receivable processes across the finance team.

Qualifications

• 3 years accounts receivable experience preferred.
• Associate degree or some college in business.
• Excel proficiency; TeamViewer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and post daily customer payments (checks, ACH, card) to customer accounts.
• Bill and collect electronics usage; track data in Excel.
• Prepare and enter credits from Sales Force; manage invoice copies/docs on request.
• Follow AR procedures and maintain internal controls and documentation.
