Roto-Rooter is expanding its Northeast Regional team with an Accounts Receivable Specialist/Collections role based in our Baltimore area call center in Linthicum, MD. This full-time, onsite position offers an hourly rate of $19.00-$20.00 with a bonus potential and immediate opportunities for growth.

The candidate should have an accounts receivable and billing background, strong communication skills, and a careful eye for detail to help manage receivables and revenue accounts efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable and collections.
• Ability to process invoices and report AR activity accurately.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing for invoices.
• Monitor AR balances and revenue accounts for accuracy.
• Enter data into the AS400 system for record-keeping.
• Adhere to AR processes to maintain financial accuracy.
• Track payment status of completed jobs for timely payments.
• Prepare reports and update the General Manager on AR status.
• Contact customers with delinquent accounts to arrange payment.
