Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable accounting preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of common software programs.
• Organized with attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing for invoices.
• Manage AR reporting and record-keeping for receivable and revenue accounts.
• Input data into the AS400 system for record-keeping.
• Maintain strict adherence to accounts receivable processes.
• Monitor payment status of completed jobs for timely payments.
• Prepare reports and update the General Manager on AR status.
• Contact customers with delinquent accounts to communicate terms.
