Job summary

Trinity Consultants is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage daily cash receipts, collections, and related accounting tasks. The role involves liaising with clients, posting to the general ledger, and supporting audits.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, solid Excel skills, and experience with Deltek Vision or similar ERP systems. A high school diploma is required, with a degree being a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; associate/bachelor’s degree is a plus; 3–5 years related experience and/or training.
• Computer literacy required, including basic Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Deltek Vision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process daily cash receipts and postings to ledgers.
• Contact clients regarding overdue amounts and negotiate settlements.
• Issue demand letters and escalate accounts when needed.
• Prepare regular reports on unpaid accounts and repayment progress.
• Assist in audit schedules and maintain proper recording in the GL.
• Provide general accounting support across the department.
