Qualifications

• 2+ years' collections experience
• Ability to use confidential information professionally to achieve collections targets
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with SAP and AS400 preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable related functions and track assigned accounts for outstanding debts
• Plan course of action to recover payments and negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
• Maintain regular contact with customers by phone, answer questions and resolve discrepancies
• Update account status in the database and alert supervisors of non-paying customers
