Responsibilities

• Make outbound collection calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Identify root causes of past-due balances and arrange payment plans.
• Document all communications in the system of record.
• Monitor aging reports and prioritize accounts to meet targets.
• Escalate complex issues to leadership or Legal when needed.
