Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable and Collections experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with accounting software.
• A sharp eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Accounting or Finance degree is a plus— but not required!

Responsibilities

• Managing accounts receivable from start to finish.
• Following up on outstanding invoices and collections professionally.
• Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
• Processing invoices and keeping financial records accurate.
• Reconciling accounts and assisting with month-end reporting.
• Helping ensure everything stays organized, compliant, and running smoothly.
