Job summary

Inspire Brands, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Credit & Collections team supervisor based in Atlanta. You will oversee the AR group, drive collection strategies, and partner with the Hyderabad support team to ensure timely processing of AR transactions.

Responsibilities include coaching the AR staff, monitoring KPIs, ensuring SOX controls, and supporting month-end close. This role requires onsite presence at our Global Support Center four days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Accounts Receivable or collections.
• 1-3 years of direct people leadership.
• Experience with account reconciliations and cash applications.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily collection activities and follow-up on delinquent accounts.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to AR team members.
• Monitor workloads, portfolios, and productivity metrics.
• Oversee store transfer processing, payment services, and loyalty support.
• Coordinate with Hyderabad team on billing and AR activities.
• Escalate significant collection issues to AR leadership.
• Resolve franchisee and stakeholder inquiries and discrepancies.
• Support franchisee workout plans with Operations, Legal, and Finance.
• Review reconciliations, aging reports, and exception reports.
• Assist with month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure adherence to controls, policies, and SOX compliance.
• Participate in process improvement and system enhancements.
• Prepare operational reports and KPIs for management.
