Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing accounts receivable processes including invoicing, statements, reconciliations, and collections.
• Ability to use automated financial systems (Aggie Enterprise, Kuali, LIMS) for transactions and reporting.
• Leadership to recruit, train, and supervise staff and meet objectives.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups to resolve billing issues.
• Familiarity with internal controls and policy interpretation to ensure compliance.
