An Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for processing billing for guests and groups to support the hotel's goal of delivering outstanding guest service and ensuring financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing daily receivables, posting in the system, and balancing totals to the general ledger
• Responding to questions and concerns related to the City Ledger
• Conducting research, offering solutions, and negotiating results to resolve questions and discrepancies promptly and professionally
• Reviewing final statements against sales contracts for accuracy and dispatching them timely
• Assisting the credit department in resolving outstanding balances and gathering necessary backup documentation
