An Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for processing billing for guests and groups, contributing to the hotel's commitment to outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, your responsibilities include billing for guests and groups, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and supporting the hotel's financial operations. Specifically, you will:

1. Prepare daily receivables, post transactions in the system, and reconcile totals with the general ledger.
2. Respond to inquiries related to the City Ledger.
3. Conduct research, resolve discrepancies, and negotiate solutions in a friendly and efficient manner.
4. Review final statements against sales contracts for accuracy and dispatch them promptly.
5. Assist the credit department in resolving outstanding balances and gathering necessary documentation.
