Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred
• Minimum of 1 year accounting experience, preference for accounts receivable or similar functions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage large data volumes accurately
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software
• Ability to adapt to complex pricing and billing processes
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and teamwork in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable data, including preparing and sending invoices to customers
• Maintain accurate and organized filing of accounts receivable documents
• Ensure accuracy and quality of pricing and billing processes in alignment with company standards
• Assist with other accounting functions as needed to support the department
• Utilize accounting software and Microsoft Excel to complete daily tasks and maintain records
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data with attention to detail
• Adapt to evolving processes and handle a high volume of work efficiently
