The ideal candidate has 2+ years in accounts receivable or related fields, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail. This onsite role requires effective communication and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; accounting or bookkeeping education preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, customer service, or a related field.
• Basic accounting, bookkeeping, and collections knowledge.
• Experience with billing, account reconciliations, dispute resolution, and financial reporting.
• Intermediate Excel skills; familiarity with Dynamics or similar accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls for billing questions and disputes.
• Promote use of customer portal and paperless billing.
• Process recurring transactions and credit card payments accurately.
• Create invoices for non-standard billing needs.
• Collaborate with the collections team to collect past-due invoices.
• Perform account updates and reconciliations to ensure current records.
