Qualifikationen

• 3+ years accounting/office experience in a multi-facility environment; Accounts Receivable preferred.
• Experience with JD Edwards or a comparable ERP system; strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills.

Aufgaben

• Apply payments to customer ledger details.
• Create chargebacks and other deductions as per payment advice.
• Create and apply remittances using spreadsheets for auto-application.
• Interact with credit analysts and deduction personnel to resolve disputes.
• Contact customers to resolve remittance and payment issues.
• Assist in monthly closing activities.
• Review bank imaging in daily cash applications.
• Support bank and system cash balancing.
• Scan checks to the bank for deposit.
