Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices accurately and timely.
• Apply daily cash receipts and reconcile customer payments.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation.
• Assist with month-end AR reporting and account reconciliations.
