Job summary

Corporativo Lumston is seeking a proactive Accounts Receivable & Finance Analyst to strengthen cash flow and AR management. You will oversee end-to-end AR, monitor aging, and collaborate across teams to ensure accurate billing and timely collections.

Responsibilities include financial analysis, budgeting support, and variance reporting. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in accounting or AR are required, with strong Excel and ERP software experience, and excellent English skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Accounting, Finance or Accounts Receivable.
• Solid AR processes including billing, collections, reconciliations, and portfolio tracking.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling).
• Hands-on experience with ERPs or accounting software (Odoo, NetSuite, SAP).
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end AR process to ensure timely collections and portfolio health.
• Track invoices, aging schedules, and follow up on overdue accounts to accelerate cash recovery.
• Perform AR reconciliations and resolve ledger discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer payment records and account statuses.
• Assist in cash flow projections to optimize liquidity and working capital planning.
