Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or two years of college and 6 years, or at least 8 years of experience.
• Previous management or Team Lead experience required.
• Practical experience in Accounts Receivable operations, including financial research, reconciliation, and collections.
• Working knowledge of General Ledger accounting and how transactions affect balances and reconciliations.
• Ability to coordinate work, provide guidance to team members, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Must qualify to obtain Secret Security clearance.

Aufgaben

• Analyze accounting transactions, verify interfaces, research discrepancies, and post corrective entries.
• Perform General Ledger reconciliations and support financial reporting.
• Create, update, and monitor Accounts Receivable records in GFMS.
• Manage an AR portfolio, including collections and inquiries.
• Provide technical guidance to team members on complex accounts and escalated matters.
• Research aged debts and coordinate write-offs or recoveries.
• Process collections via Pay.gov and related refunds in accordance with approvals.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and prepare reports on portfolio performance.
• Provide timely customer service via phone and email, maintaining proper documentation.
