Job summary

Viking Fence seeks an Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist to invoice Rental Products and support the Austin area accounting team. The role involves customer contact by phone and email and collaboration across locations.

Qualifications include 2-4 years of construction accounting, strong MS Office and general ledger software skills (RouteOptix preferred), and a detail‑oriented, collaborative mindset. Hybrid work options may be available after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 2-4 years of accounting experience in the construction industry.
• Must have outstanding MS Office skills (Email, Word, Excel, etc..).
• Proficient use of general ledger software (RouteOptix a plus)

Responsibilities

• Generate and deliver accurate invoices across multiple channels.
• Prepare AIA billings, weekly sales reports, and conduct billing audits.
• Engage with customer invoicing inquiries and support accounting functions.
• Use various software applications, including general ledger software (RouteOptix preferred).
