Fisher Industries is a vertically integrated heavy civil construction company serving the United States. We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Support to manage payments, invoicing, and contract-related processes within our finance team.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and collaboration with the accounting department to maintain reliable financial records and timely cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred, or in business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Background in Microsoft Office software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle interactions with customers.
• Familiarity with accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Processing invoices.
• Record incoming payments.
• Assist with Contract processing.
• Assist with Bank Reconciliation.
• Process General Ledger Entries.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records with accurate billing and contact information.
• Serve as support role to other members of the accounting department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
