Job summary

Palms Casino Resort seeks an Accounts Receivable Clerk to enter, post and reconcile batches, research and resolve customer A/R issues, and prepare aging reports. You will place billing and collection calls and maintain the cash receipts journal.

The role requires high school diploma, 1 year A/R experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent verbal communication in a fast-paced environment on site in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year accounts receivable experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter, post and reconcile batches for AR.
• Research and resolve customer AR issues and aging reports.
• Place billing and collection calls and maintain cash receipts journal.
• Communicate exceptions to the Accounting Manager or Controller.
• Prepare invoices and monthly billing summaries for customers.
• Assist with research of billing questions and adjustments.
• Support other duties in accounting as assigned.
