AA Service Company is seeking an Accounting Administrator in Illinois to support day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The role covers AR, billing, payroll, and commissions, with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach and proficiency in Excel.

You will maintain accurate records, reconcile across systems, and contribute to month-end activities while collaborating with multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Experience with accounts receivable, billing, payroll, collections, data entry, or reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel.
• Experience with accounting software; ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily accounts receivable activities and review AR reports.
• Manage customer and membership billing, collections, and past-due accounts.
• Research billing issues, payment discrepancies, and resolve questions.
• Assist with payroll processing and verify payroll information for accuracy.
• Enter commission data and verify accuracy in systems.
• Maintain financial records and input data into ServiceTitan and other systems.
• Reconcile information across systems and investigate discrepancies.
• Create and update Excel spreadsheets and reports for analysis.
• Collaborate with managers to resolve accounting questions.
• Assist with month-end reporting and other accounting duties.
