Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting or equivalent education with solid accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Monitor credits and debits with accuracy.
• Post customer payments and verify deposits.
• Track unpaid invoices and follow up on overdue balances.
• Balance AR with general ledger balances daily and monthly.
• Investigate invoices, negotiate payment terms professionally.
• Process liens for collections when necessary.
• Enter and maintain AR data in the ledger.
• Provide administrative support across the Financial Department.
• Reconcile inventory counts and reports.
