Qualifications

• Experience: Entry level position; 1 year accounting knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, reconcile and process all customer invoices.
• Correct/resolve invoice discrepancies/issues.
• Reconcile short pays and skipped invoices
• Scan/File all customer invoices
• Apply cash/checks to customer accounts
• Print, email customer A/R statements
• Prepare A/R reporting (monthly, ad hoc)
• Collaborate with sales team on reconciling customer balances and collections
• Assist with all aspects of accounting and finance as needed
• Other tasks assigned by financial lead.
