Job summary

KASCO, based in St. Louis, MO, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to handle past-due collections, dispute resolution, and maintaining customer records. This role is onsite at our St. Louis headquarters with remote work options on Fridays.

You will process house and distributor billings, reconcile balances, and communicate with customers and internal teams while upholding our values of accuracy and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education and business experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting; manufacturing a plus.

Accounts Receivable Associate
Overview

Directly interact with customers regarding collection of past due accounts, resolves customer disputes, and maintains updated customer information. Focus o n day-to-day billing duties and various receivables activities as required by the AR S upervisor and North America Controller . Located onsite at our St. Louis, MO headquarters , Monday through Thursday (remote work optional on Fridays) .
