Calumet Specialty Products Partners L.P. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to independently analyze customer account activity, resolve complex receivable issues, and support cash flow and financial accuracy.

This role partners with business stakeholders to optimize controls and data integrity. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years in AR or a similar finance function, with strong Excel skills and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections, or related finance function.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

Responsibilities

• Independently analyze and resolve customer account issues, payment discrepancies, deductions, disputed balances, and AR escalated issues.
• Monitor and analyze customer risk independently and recommend mitigation actions to management.
• Analyze AR reporting (aging, DSO, cash, exceptions) and provide root-cause recommendations to leadership.
• Serve as AR control owner on assigned controls and own unclaimed property review and annual filing process.
• Identify and lead process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance accuracy.
• Liaise with 3rd party trade reporting services and AR/Credit vendors.
• Review and approve refund requests per assigned DOA.
