Job summary

Verano is seeking an Analyst, Finance - Accounts Receivable to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, post transactions to the general ledger, and ensure timely payments. You will serve as the liaison between customers and the sales team and support the accounting department with day-to-day clerical tasks.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor’s in accounting or finance preferred, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; high school diploma required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Post sales transactions to the general ledger.
• Develop relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate across functions to resolve customer issues and ensure timely payments.
• Support Accounts Receivable Supervisor as needed.
