Parts Authority is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to support credit/collections and provide exceptional customer service while coordinating with sales, distribution, and accounting teams. The role emphasizes timely collections, adherence to credit policies, and accurate handling of payments and invoices.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience in collections with a resolution approach.
• Strong negotiation abilities and critical thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to place and release credit holds as outlined by policy.
• Experience administering payment plans and processing payments.
• Ability to obtain and mail invoice copies/statements as requested.
• Experience researching charge backs and bad checks.
• Respond to accounts receivable inquiries by phone and email.
