Responsibilities

• Oversee a designated group of customer accounts across multiple business segments.
• Monitor outstanding balances and accelerate collections to reduce aging receivables.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, deductions, and short pays.
• Build relationships with AP contacts to support timely payment processing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to address billing concerns.
• Apply remittances accurately and perform account reconciliations.
• Support invoice delivery through customer portals and systems.
• Process billing corrections and pricing adjustments as needed.
• Provide customers with invoices, statements, and backup documents.
• Identify opportunities to improve receivable processes and controls.
• Cross-train and cover for team members as needed.
• Participate in departmental initiatives and process improvements.
• Maintain compliance with client policies and procedures.
